Uncle Sam wants to tax your haircut

New York state is having budget problems.  Their solution?  Tax hair cuts.  Oh yea, looks like barbers and stylist are going to have to collect sales tax for their services.  More red tape, more regulation, more paper work, just what we love about cutting hair.  If it works in New York look for more states to follow suit.
